UDCT v5.50–v5.52: Pre-specified SPARC Test of the Cassini-safe Local-scalar Member (Negative Result)

Abstract

Working notes for one pre-specified SPARC test, not a journal article. Three contemporaneous files.v5.50 freezes two AQUAL-type laws before rotation curves are opened: A = locked μ0; B = Cassini-safe member (Y = 0.6, κ = ∞). It also freezes the Li et al. cuts, the MAP protocol, the statistic S and the decision rule (S > +10 excludes B).v5.51 is a provisional run with declared deviations (catalogue i, δD and Q unavailable). v5.52 is the registered verdict under the v5.50 protocol: S = +943 to +956, binomial p ≤ 4×10⁻⁵. Law A is preferred; B fails. The scanned local-scalar UDCT family is excluded at the static level by the joint RAR–Cassini constraint.Read in order: v5.50 → v5.51 → v5.52.
