For 120 years physics interpreted $c=299,792,458$ m/s as speed of light. TER v8.2 proves $c$ is constant speed of time $v_T$ which forms foundation of physical universe. Hierarchy is fundamental: Nothingness $\rightarrow$ Time $\rightarrow$ Physics. Without $T_0$, no time. Without time, no physics. Approximately 85\% matter is invisible yet gravitationally active --- we unify as condensed time $M_T$. Nothon $N_0=T_0$ is proposed as God Particle superseding graviton. Nothingness is God Force, fifth fundamental force. Single moment $T_L$ is true quantum $Q_T$. Eternal recycling $T_0 \leftrightarrow M_T \leftrightarrow E_T \leftrightarrow T_0$ occurs without Big Bang.
