The R package bruno addresses two prospective questions in educational and psychological research: what probability should be assigned to a prespecified measurement-defined event in the next comparable case, and how many event-positive cases are plausible in a specified future sample? bruno provides the corresponding next-case predictive probability and exact beta-binomial predictive distribution, supporting prospective planning alongside conventional outcome and sample-size analyses.
