Macro-Cybernetic Architecture of Planetary Systems: Integrating Quantum Epidemiology, Thermodynamic Hysteresis, and Dimensional Topologies

Open access0 citations

Abstract

The complex interplay between microscopic pathogenic emergence, macroscopic geological events, and global sociopolitical shifts presents a significant challenge to classical, isolated scientific disciplines. This paper introduces a unified, interdisciplinary theoretical model—the Macro-Cybernetic Framework—which analyzes the terrestrial biosphere as a highly integrated computational and immunological network. By applying principles of cryptography, non-equilibrium thermodynamics, and quantum mechanics to biological and sociological phenomena, this framework proposes several novel mechanisms for planetary-scale events. First, we define "Pathogenic Steganography" and "Interferometric Illumination" to explain the camouflage and subsequent systemic unmasking of pervasive parasitic architectures. Second, we introduce the concept of the "Kinetic Echo" and "Pathological Hysteresis," utilizing classical mechanics and control systems engineering (PID overshoot) to model the thermodynamic lag between the cessation of systemic biological triggers and the physical dissipation of disease, offering a new etiology for post-acute infection syndromes. Third, we propose "Quantum Epidemiology," moving beyond classical vector-based transmission models to account for the simultaneous, non-local activation of pre-distributed dormant pathogens (the biospheric botnet), heavily modulated by the "Friction of Manifestation"—a localized ecological shield comprising climatic, nutritional, and microbial variables. Furthermore, this paper models historical macroeconomic and geopolitical isolationist shifts (the Khaldunian cycle) not as independent political events, but as automated "Geopolitical Tourniquets" and network edge deletions executing planetary autoimmune responses. Finally, the framework applies wave shoaling physics to multidimensional topologies, highlighting the critical vulnerability of modern 2-dimensional transactive memory systems (digital infrastructure) to impending high-kinetic electromagnetic events. Ultimately, this comprehensive matrix provides a robust theoretical foundation for predicting epidemiological trajectories, executing comparative shield extraction via subtractive genomics, and ensuring the resilience of complex civilizational networks.
