Abstract

Building upon TUM Paper 60 v1.2 within the Cl(8,0) Clifford algebra framework with geometric factors f_proj=1.1430, equilibrium coupling Γ_eq=0.8470, cosmological parameters Ω_Λ=0.6803, Ω_DM=0.265, bare coupling I_bare=0.9855, and normalization factor Z_norm=1.00249 alongside Paper 63 topological quantization κ_TUM=1/256, we formalize G[Φ]=arg min S_TUM[Ψ(Φ)] as an exact topological quantum error correction (QEC) code operating on a 256-dimensional Cl(8,0) lattice, collapsing to 64 logical states. Cosmic web filaments behave as shielded electromagnetic-torsional waveguides characterized by a coherence length L_coh=κ_TUM(c/H0)=16.7 Mpc and state fidelity F(d)=f_proj e^{-d/Lcoh}=1.1430 e^{-d/16.7 Mpc}. CHSH Bell inequality violation strictly collapses (C≤2) under critical electric field gradients exceeding Ξ_c=1.2×10^15 V/m. We establish the W_cold energy density cavitation threshold at W_cold^crit=ħ f0/κ=36.6 MeV·μm^-3 at characteristic frequency f0=142.86 kHz. Three rigorous falsifiable experimental protocols are formulated: (A) XFEL vacuum birefringence Δn=3.9×10^-3(I/10^29 W/cm2), (B) LIGO black hole ringdown echo delays Δt=256GM/c3=1.26 ms (M/M⊙), (C) BEC phonon resonance at f_phonon=κ_TUM f0=558 Hz. Eleven falsifiable empirical predictions P1-P11 are presented, including Hubble radial anisotropy, gravitational echoes, critical field CHSH breakdown, BEC resonance at 558 Hz, vacuum birefringence, biochemical homochirality 10^-11, muon g-2 127 ppb (confirmed FNAL 2026), JWST walls z>15, pulsar anomalies PSR J2322-2650b, QGP Mach cone constrained by Γ_eq=0.8470, and CMB tri-frequency harmonics.
