PLI Candidate Ratio of Neutrino Sterile State Angles

Abstract

2。 This note derives a candidate ratio from the H47 structure of the PLI core skeleton: if neutrino sterile states arise from a split of the weakest direction (the normal direction), and if one split state retains a single relation while the other gains one extra relation, then the ratio of the two sterile angles is 2. This ratio does not depend on u₀ of the PLI geometric chain, nor on the incircle. It depends only on the relation count of H47 (one edge, one relation; a node connecting two edges, two relations), plus a split image (pure normal versus normal-plus-tangential). Compared with the 3+2 sterile neutrino model, if the mass ratio equals the angle ratio, the two sterile masses are m₄ = 0.55 eV and m₅ = 1.1 eV. This note presents a candidate ratio, not an established theory. Key assumptions include: θ₁₃ being smallest corresponds to weakest locking; the split uses angle addition, not probability addition; three-node equivalence extends past the split. None of these assumptions are strictly derived from A1. Testable directions: DUNE and JUNO test whether the angle ratio is 2. Project 8 and KATRIN test whether the mass ratio is 2.
