The Work: Observational Studies in Solar H-alpha Morphology Edition 3 - PixADair Enabled

Open access0 citations

Abstract

The Work is the governing reference for methodolgy and guiding principles for Observational Studies in Solar H-alpha Morphology. It explains how observations are approached, recorded, reviewed, preserved and integrated into successive Working Editions. This applies to all Chromospheric Surveys which are captured in the Community page. The Work is organised into three complementary parts: • The Framework defines the principles, methodology, terminology and governance of the Work. • The Case Studies describe the solar morphology as a means of evolving the Framework. • The Companion Papers preserve the development history, philosophical reflections and collaborative reasoning that shaped the Work. • The ongoing Chromospheric Surveys, captured in the Community page, are the direct result of applying this PixADair enabled Framework.
