Critical Analysis of HL-LHC Safety at 14 TeV: Impossibility of Cosmic Analogues, Kinematic Asymmetry, Unverified Hawking Radiation and Vacuum Phase Transition Risk in Geometric Topology 14D
Abstract
This paper provides a rigorous critical analysis of the official LHC safety arguments (LSAG 2008) in light of Geometric Topology 14D (TG). We demonstrate that the three main pillars of the LSAG report — cosmic ray analogies, Hawking radiation, and QCD vacuum stability — are unsustainable when subjected to kinematic, thermodynamic, and epistemological scrutiny. Key results include: (1) qualitative kinematic asymmetry between fixed-target cosmic collisions and head-on symmetric LHC collisions, making Earth capture possible only in the latter; (2) the unverified and theoretically problematic nature of Hawking radiation; (3) local energy density at 14 TeV (~4.18 × 10^{50} Pa) vastly exceeding neutron star collapse pressures; and (4) a predicted vacuum phase transition threshold at 13.7 TeV in the TG framework, leading to non-dissipative micro-singularities capable of planetary destruction via tidal and electrostatic accretion. This work is directly linked to the companion paper "Structural Deconstruction of the Schrödinger Equation and the Emergence of Light Speed from the Geometric Topology 14D Systolic Lattice" (Zenodo DOI: [insira o novo DOI após upload]), which supplies the foundational quantum derivations supporting the TG model. **Preprint — June 22, 2026**
