From Empirical Prime-Phase Dynamics to a PNT Phase Theorem

Abstract
Derives a one-parameter logarithmic phase law for weighted prime trajectories directly from the Prime Number Theorem. The framework explains radial growth, angular velocity, and the phase anchor analytically, with numerical validation up to 10^9.
