Abstract
This dataset includes: 1) 92 videos analyzed in the article “Proximity as Populist Performance: A Video Data Analysis of the 2023 Turkish Elections.” 2) An Excel file containing the coding results for all situations identified in the videos. 3) A table listing the names and political affiliations of the sources (TV channels and newspaper articles) in which the videos were published.
