Disagreement Preservation and Rejection Evidence in Local Global Knowledge Reconciliation
Abstract
MTRL specifies a local-global knowledge reconciliation protocol that preserves unresolved disagreements and returns typed, provenance-bearing rejection evidence for global revision. It separates retention of a disputed claim from permission to use that claim. The analysis distinguishes delayed-feedback stability from marked-error reproduction, including a conditional scalar stability boundary and an exact one-generation count decomposition. Rejection is informative only under suitable relevance and error conditions. The proposed contribution is an application protocol and comparisons against alternatives using conflict-preservation and rejection-feedback ablations. Small executable diagnostics check mathematical boundaries and measurement failures; the five deployment predictions and practical superiority remain unvalidated.
