DFG Interface Contract for RBIT and NAT

Abstract

This working paper defines the conditional claims exported from Resolution-Based Information Theory to Network Architecture Theory and the measurements required to use them. Version 2.0 retains the I1-I4 interface labels while binding interpretation to the identified companion manuscripts. It separates mathematical assumptions, measurement requirements, and empirical application, and specifies how disputed imports should be handled. The contract provides a shared compatibility reference rather than an unconditional guarantee of routing safety, useful detection, error correction, or system health. The additional PTRV and MTRL papers are outside the contract's parties. Compatibility checks do not constitute empirical validation of its imports.
