Recovery as Structural Property: Operational Criteria for Restoration Completion in Multi-Agent AI Systems

Open access0 citations

Abstract

RT1 proposes a recovery-assessment specification for adaptive multi-agent systems with documented contraction of their operational repertoire. It combines an anchor-relative resolution proxy, bounded output-diversity restoration, and positional-overlap conditions. Certification additionally requires persistence, an independently justified directional check, and unsupported operation under a declared rechallenge. Version 4.0 distinguishes structural signatures from empirically established necessity and separates activity diagnostics from demonstrated capacity. A conjectural phase ordering and conditional repair-allocation arguments motivate prospective tests without establishing a universally optimal protocol. Missing reference evidence prevents certification for the assessed scope; it does not establish that recovery is impossible. No results from the proposed controlled comparisons are claimed.
