Abstract
The consolidated formulation of the Cosmological Special Theory of Relativity (CSTR) establishes the form-invariance, at fixed cosmological time t_0, of Maxwell's equations and Klein-Gordon equation, but does not derive the electromagnetic wave equation, it's solutions, the Dirac equation, or the Yukawa potential.
