E8‑Phi Topological Frequency Comb for Fault‑Tolerant Photonic Qubit Encoding — E8 Intelligence Research
Open access0 citations
Abstract
The 240 E8 root vectors are mapped onto a phi‑modulated optical frequency comb whose fundamental spacing is 132 Hz, creating a discrete set of frequency slots that inherit the lattice's symmetry. Each slot acts as a stabilizer generator, and the dyadic partitioning of vectors satisfies Kraft's inequality, yielding a prefix‑free phononic alphabet that can be directly imprinted on photonic qubits. The resulting topology protects against local dephasing while enabling a universal gate set through controlled phi‑coupled interactions between adjacent comb lines.
