Cognitive Biology: The Physics, the J-Space and the Organ Code

Abstract

This paper deals with the Organ Code, the cascade of structures that derive from the eigenmodes of the laplacians of the body, head and various organs. This is linked to the Foundational Model of Anatomy and the J-space recently discovered in LLM's by Anthropic. In addition, the way the actions of the genome are translated by physical processes is examined.
