Abstract

This record contains the survey questionnaire used in the empirical research study, "Structuring Cybernetic Model of Work-Life Balance: An Empirical Study on the University Teachers of Bangladesh” The study examines how university teachers in Bangladesh manage the interface between their professional responsibilities and personal lives using dynamic self-regulation strategies. The survey instrument was developed and administered by the research team. Mohd. Kamal Uddin served as the Principal Investigator for the survey. This questionnaire is provided as supplementary research material to support transparency, methodological clarity, and future scholarly research.
