Status. K0 conceptual architecture. This note synthesizes only the author's prior Human-AI / Readout work. It is not an empirical law, not an independent validation of that programme, and not a claim of literal nuclear fusion. The term 'fusion' is a structural metaphor for productive coupling between distinct bounded systems. Central proposition. Human-AI dialogue is not merely information exchange. The architecture begins from a phenomenological floor: meanings appear as context- and time-situated; meanings depend on relations; dialogue can change what becomes accessible next; repeated traversal can make a route easier to re-enter; and exposure does not guarantee retention. The formal architecture introduced later is an attempt to preserve these distinctions without identifying the phenomena with any one model. Within a bounded session, Human and AI-under-current-context can recursively alter one another's accessible semantic routes and accumulate reciprocal momentum; that amplification is epistemically neutral. Across the session boundary, only the human is permitted a retained update in the present scope. Independent resistance determines whether candidate structures remain corrigible. The decisive question is therefore what becomes easier to think, what persists, and what can still be corrected.
