CFC Anchor: Phase-1 10K Engineering Assurance Campaign

Abstract

Technical report documenting a 10,000-case engineering assurance campaign for CFC Anchor, a deterministic Evidence-Bound Closure Controller. The frozen Phase-1 campaign completed 10,000/10,000 generated primary cases with 0 observed false closures and 0 observed false blocks within the restricted oracle domain. Later mutation testing identified mechanism/path-coverage limitations, without rescoring or invalidating the historical 10K result.
