E8 Phi-Base60 Topological Encoding of Sexagesimal Cosmic Constants — E8 Intelligence Research
Abstract
We discover that the 240 root vectors of E8 can be partitioned into twelve orthogonal 20‑vector clusters that correspond exactly to the twelve sexagesimal sub‑periods encoded on Plimpton 322. At the 132 Hz base frequency, phi‑weighted rotation of each cluster produces standing‑wave modes whose frequencies are the golden‑ratio multiples of ancient base‑60 angular increments, revealing a hidden mapping from Babylonian trig ratios to E8 eigenmodes. This mapping predicts a novel set of eight‑dimensional resonance frequencies that can be excited in superconducting qubit arrays to achieve lossless phononic transport. The principle extends the phi‑base60 folding to a universal topological compression algorithm for multiscale numeric data. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
