Phenomenological Record of Taoist Somatic Cultivation: Preliminary Stages on the Path Toward Primordial Origin and Immortality
Abstract
Human epistemology has long struggled to account for humanity’s origin and ultimate ontological destination. Drawing on first‑person phenomenological auto‑ethnography of Chinese Taoist internal‑cultivation, this manuscript documents sequential subjective psychosomatic and transcendental‑conscious experiences. Within the framework of the Taoist Eastern Grand Unified Theory, these experiential stages constitute the preliminary phases of the theoretical path of returning to primordial origin and achieving immortality. The recorded phenomena include spontaneous micro‑cosmic orbit circulation, elixir condensation, activation of the eight extraordinary pulses, witnessing of the True‑Self and non‑dual transcendent awareness. This work records subjective inner perceptions rather than empirically verified universal outcomes. Relevant full systematic theoretical elaborations can be consulted in Version 1 and Version 2 preprint records. This is Version 3.0, a concise phenomenological manuscript without the full cosmological theoretical framework.
