Open access0 citations

Abstract

This paper examines how sports organizations can optimize performance and reduce operational inefficiencies through centralized management models. Using a conceptual and descriptive approach that integrates industrial engineering tools and process management, the study explores the importance of aligning daily execution with long-term strategy. Findings indicate that technical centralization and standardization improve resource allocation, strengthen financial sustainability, and promote evidence-based sports governance.
