A Model on the Contemporary Configuration of Sports Fan Communities and Its Impact on Governance

Abstract

This work explores how the behavior of contemporary fan communities redefines the parameters of value and legitimacy in the sports industry. Through a systemic analysis of interactions between management and followers, process engineering tools applied to corporate governance are evaluated. The study concludes with a managerial framework aimed at mitigating media polarization and strengthening institutional transparency.
