GOPeMAN — Version 2.0: Relational Physics Research Proposal + Rapid Cosmological Formation Hypothesis (RCFH)
Abstract
This paper proposes a specific, falsifiable statistical test for a relational term between the two members of a binary compact-object system. The core proposal is to test whether a reproducible joint contribution remains after established physics and observational effects are accounted for. Sections 3–7 present a pilot analysis using public gravitational-wave data from binary black-hole mergers. The pilot results are consistent with the null hypothesis and are presented as preliminary pipeline demonstrations rather than evidence for a new physical effect. Section 8 introduces GOPeMAN-RCFH (Rapid Cosmological Formation Hypothesis) as a separate, explicitly speculative cosmological hypothesis concerning the early establishment of large-scale structural framework. It is not inferred from the BBH pilot results and is presented with explicit quantitative and falsification criteria. This Version 2.0 substantially revises the manuscript's scientific framing, reproducibility requirements, references, and treatment of the RCFH hypothesis.
