Transciptomics data for RNA-seq of sour jujube seedlings after ATP treatment

Abstract

To reveal the gene expression changes of sour jujube seedlings after 0.1 mM ATP solution treatment. The yc-1, -2, and -3 are samples represent the aboveground parts of sour jujube seedlings without treatment, while the yt0.1-1, -2, and -3 are samples represent the aboveground parts of sour jujube seedlings under 0.1 mM ATP treatment (spayed with 0.1 mM adenosine 5'-triphosphate disodium salt hydrate) for five times. The collection time of sample yt0.1-1, -2, and -3 was three days after the fifth ATP treatment.
