P17-BIDIRECTIONAL-SAFETY: Dual-Strand Progressive and Regressive Evidence Verification Protocol

Abstract

A non-domain-specific, non-operational methodology package for progressive and regressive evidence reconstruction, bidirectional traceability, common-mode dependency disclosure, negative-result retention and reversible change control. Demonstrated internally: nine frozen structural cases exercise the registered classification, provenance-loss, claim-boundary, non-comparability and rollback rules. Hypothetical benefits pending independent evaluation include improved audit coverage, traceability and earlier detection of unsupported claims.
