Abstract

--- ### Abstract (English) As a direct continuation of *Paper No. 1: Foundations of Processor Ontology*, this paper analyzes the computational mechanics of the processing realm ($E_2$). Herein, the fundamental notions of "Space", "Time", and the "Origin of Coordinates" are deconstructed from absolute ontological entities into necessary algorithmic constructs deployed by an observer-processor to measure "non-coincidence" (differentiation). Furthermore, through three rigorous proofs, this paper establishes the structural isomorphism and ontological equivalence between biological processors (humans) and computational processors (artificial intelligence). This proves that the "Computational Processor Ontology" (CPO) framework is not an allegorical naming convention, but a precise, verifiable, and unified description of the mechanics of perception across all information-processing systems.
