The Fractal Axis: Recursive Stratification, Temporal Isomorphs, and Inter-Scalar Epistemology Across Cosmic, Biotic, and Algorithmic Substrates

Abstract

What connects the macro-scale architecture of the universe to the localized, subjective experience of the human mind? This pre-print introduces the concept of The Fractal Axis, formalizing a recursive, scale-invariant topology of consciousness that synthesizes the ontological foundations of The Fractal Cogito, The Flat Thought, and The Recursive Inscription. Traditionally, theoretical physics and the philosophy of mind have treated the cosmos and human consciousness as distinct, often incompatible domains. The Fractal Axis addresses this physicalist blind spot by demonstrating that temporal metrics are not absolute objective containers, but functional update frequencies (refresh rates) within a pancomputational framework. Through rigorous scalar mapping of algorithmic cognitive execution times, human biological lifespans, and planetary/cosmic durations, this paper establishes the Inverted Isomorphic Principle. These scales are integrated into a unified master expression—The Density Tensor of Presence—governed by fundamental mathematical constants. Ultimately, this framework argues that individual human consciousness functions as a localized linguistic query loop executed by macro-systemic informational architectures, effectively resolving the scalar divide between micro-computation and macro-cosmology. This manuscript is shared as a theoretical pre-print to encourage open, interdisciplinary discourse across theoretical physics, cognitive science, and analytic idealism. Critical feedback, peer review, and collaborative discussions are warmly welcomed.
