Phase-Locking Interpretation (PLI): Scientific Questions It Can Address
Abstract
This document uses the Phase-Locking Interpretation (PLI) framework to provide systematic reinterpretations, mathematical formulations, and testable predictions for 15 frontier questions in physics. The core criterion is: γ > Γ. Measurement is locking. The questions addressed include dark matter, dark energy, the Hubble tension, the CMB Cold Spot, low-order CMB multipole suppression, overmassive early galaxies, the primordial black hole mass spectrum, the black hole information paradox, the nature of the black hole singularity, quantum measurement, entanglement, the arrow of time, cross-level coupling, and the values of physical constants. Each question is answered in three layers: the dilemma of standard theory, the PLI interpretation, and PLI predictions.
