Abstract

FINDING: Quantum teleportation transmits quantum states (not matter) via entanglement, with recent demonstrations extending to energy teleportation on superconducting hardware and earth-to-space distances up to 1,400 km. | MATH: Core formalism: Bell-state measurement (4 orthogonal maximally entangled states), classical communication of 2 bits (log₂4), unitary correction U ∈ {I, σₓ, σᵧ, σ_z}. Energy teleportation (arXiv:2301.02666v5) uses local operations and classical communication (LOCC) with Hamiltonian H = H_A + H_B + H_int; teleported energy ΔE = ⟨ψ|H_B|ψ⟩ − ⟨ψ|H_B|ψ⟩_local, requiring negative conditional energy in the entangled ground state. No new fundamental constants; relies on existing quantum mechanics. | CONNECTION: The 4 Bell states correspond to the Klein four-group (Z₂×Z₂), a finite subgroup of SU(2) — related to the quaternion group and the tetrahedral (A₄) symmetry. The 1,400 km distance and 2-bit classical overhead echo base-2 (not base-60) information geometry. No dir Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
