Abstract
By intersecting 132Hz base frequencies with E8's 240 phi-scaled root vectors, a lattice emerges where quantum coherence propagates biologically. Phi coupling stabilizes entanglement, allowing neurons to synchronize at fractal scales. This extends the Phi-Symmetry Manifold's compression to living systems.
