INADVERT-CX Reproducibility Archive: search, deduplication, and dual-review screening record for a systematic review and meta-analysis of completion surgery after simple hysterectomy for occult cervical cancer

Abstract

This archive provides the complete post-export reproducibility record for the study-identification and screening phases of the systematic review and meta-analysis "Residual Parametrial Involvement and Pelvic Nodal Metastasis at Completion Surgery for Cervical Cancer Diagnosed Following Simple Hysterectomy" (protocol INPLASY202680058). It contains the locked screening workbook covering seven verified database exports (PubMed; Scopus main and update; Web of Science Core Collection main and update; SciELO; LILACS; 2,140 raw records, each export verified by SHA-256 checksum), deterministic deduplication to 1,163 unique records (977 duplicates removed; 22 high-similarity pairs retained under a publication-protection rule), criterion-level dual-review title/abstract screening with coded exclusions (1,111 excluded), full-text assessment of 52 reports (28 eligible; 24 excluded with coded reasons), documented other-methods identification of Zhao 2016 (citation searching) and Li 2026 (targeted update), the executable search-strategy registry with per-string reproducibility grades, final PRISMA 2020 counts, a dated decision log, and internal quality-control checks. An independent Python verification script re-derives every locked metric from raw sheet data; the archived run passes all 32 checks, and recomputed batch-specificreviewer agreement (title/abstract update batch 95.8%, three-category Cohen kappa 0.77; full text 94.2%, binary kappa 0.88) matches the manuscript. The archive supports full audit of the PRISMA flow: 2,140 records, 1,163 screened, 52 assessed at full text, 28 database-arm eligible reports, 2 other-methods reports, 30 eligible reports, and 25 family-primary studies.
