Abstract

This record contains the presentation delivered by a TRACEWINDU project partner at "INNOVABILE — La fabbrica del cibo 4.0 per filiere a scarti zero", the Convegno Internazionale sull'Agroalimentare Innovativo e Sostenibile organised by the Department of Agricultural, Food and Agro-environmental Sciences (DiSAAA-a) of the University of Pisa, held in the Aula Magna, Università di Pisa, Via del Borghetto 80, Pisa, Italy, on 21 October 2022 (Session III – "Tracciabilità e innovazione di processo", 15:10).
