Siddha Assessment: Based on Siddha clinicalevaluation and the Eṇvakaitērvu diagnostic method, the condition was diagnosed asKallīralnōykaḷ (SM4Y-ICD11). The patient underwent a 3-month Siddha treatment regimencomprising internal medicines, dietary modifications, and lifestyle advice. Result: Followingtreatment, the patient showed marked clinical improvement with significant reduction inabdominal pain, vomiting, and other gastrointestinal symptoms.
