BIAS Project Capacity Building for Trade Unions and NGOs

Abstract

This presentation are the slides for a one-day capacity building course for Trade Unions or Non-Governmental Organizations concernig bias in AI technology and applications with a special focus on the labor market. It is the culmination of the interdisciplinary research in the BIAS project, addressing knowledge needs identified by experts in the field and refined following an initial trial rollout. The capacity building curriculum is described in public deliverable D5.1 BIAS D5.1 Capacity Building Program Scripts Materials, and is more extensively described in D5.3 Capacity building evaluation methodology and final report, to be published on Zenodo following approval by the European Commission.
