PLI Full Archive v2.3: Pure Locking Inference Physical Framework

Abstract

We present the complete archive of PLI (Pure Locking Inference), a physical framework grounded in the axiom that measurement is the establishment of relational locking between two intrinsically locked structures. The framework derives a stability criterion γ > Γ and three physical states: readable, dark matter, and ground. Dark matter is interpreted as a locking network in its dark matter state. This archive includes the full framework, complete formula set, FΛCDM model, five testable predictions with falsification conditions, speculative layer extensions, and supporting materials. Version v2.3 supersedes earlier versions.
