AbstractBackground: Itraconazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal drug characterized by pooraqueous solubility, resulting in limited oral bioavailability. Nanoemulsion-based deliverysystems offer a promising strategy to enhance drug solubilization, stability, and therapeuticperformance.
