AEH-P0/S1: Preregistered electro-thermal evaluation of predictive rotation in a four-cell modular DC converter

Abstract

This record contains a preregistered numerical comparison between an efficiency-aware active-cell selector (M2) and a predictive thermal-rotation formulation (M3/U14A) in a four-cell modular DC converter model. M3/U14A produced no reduction in peak temperature or integrated thermal dispersion on either the frozen or held-out profile and added approximately 0.119% total energy. The formulation is therefore reported as a negative result. The package includes code, preregistration, aggregate results, audit records, an adversarial/domain review and SHA-256 integrity metadata. No hardware performance, institutional validation or application-specific qualification is claimed. Status: CONDITIONAL; M3/U14A: NO_GO_CURRENT_FORMULATION.
