The Sexagesimal Reduction Model: Synthesizing the Sumerian King List, Genesis Genealogies, and the Anthropological Record
Abstract
Through application of the AOR Forensic Methodology, this paper proposes a unified chronological model that resolves the apparent disparities between the Mesopotamian pre-flood texts (Sumerian King List/Atrahasis Epic), the biblical genealogies (Genesis 1-6), and the modern archaeological and anthropological record. By applying a base-60 (sexagesimal) reduction to the reigns of the Sumerian King List, the two ancient traditions mathematically align. This model posits that the biological "Genesis 1" workforce (lullû-amēlu) was engineered around 6324 BCE in response to an agricultural crisis, while the "Genesis 2" Adam (correlating to the Sumerian sage Adapa) was a highly advanced civilizing figure injected into the royal court of King Dumuzid exactly 2,280 adjusted years later, in 4004 BCE.
