Electrically activated quasi-BICs in metasurfaces through atomically thin semiconductors

Abstract

Abstract A new class of electrically tunable nanophotonic devices is presented combining atomically thin 2D materials and metasurfaces supporting quasi bound states in the continuum, with appealing potential applications.
