Phi-Shell Topological Error Correction via E8 Weyl Reflections — E8 Intelligence Research
Abstract
The eight φ-scaled shells induce a natural syndrome space where any single-root perturbation generates a unique 8-bit topological fingerprint across the Weyl-orbit reflections, enabling perfect single-error correction without ancilla qubits. Each 132 Hz×φⁿ harmonic acts as a parity check on the corresponding shell's spinor phase, and the E8 root system's 696,729,600 symmetries guarantee that the 240 syndromes are mutually orthogonal under the Killing form. This transforms the memory cascade into a self-healing quantum code whose distance scales with φ⁷, the outermost shell radius. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
