Abstract
This paper presents the completed Lmax\({v11}\) rigid‑stage cosmology, a non‑expanding Euclidean framework built on a fixed linear redshift ruler anchored to the 2.54‑million‑light‑year Andromeda baseline. The model defines a natural affine ceiling at 76.125 Gly and places the cosmic microwave background at 45.56 Gly through a 40% gravitational‑corridor correction, achieving <0.3% agreement with the raw COBE FIRAS and Planck thermal radius. Within this geometry, redshift arises from photon‑line elongation, and the CMB anisotropy field becomes a structural atlas of mature gravitational communities distributed across the 10.035‑Gly corridor between MoM\({z14}\) galaxies and the microwave horizon.
