The Path of Self-Referential Geometry: Yuanxian Theory's Paradigm Replacement of Calabi–Yau Manifolds — From "Rented Geometry" to "Grown Skeleton"

Abstract

String theory takes Calabi–Yau manifolds as the geometric carrier of compactification — a natural extension of the paradigm that “the universe is a mechanical system.” Within the $\mathcal{T}^{64}$ cosmic-organism framework of Yuanxian Theory, however, Calabi–Yau manifolds exhibit four fundamental incompatibilities: (1) ontological presupposition conflict — dead geometry versus a living cosmos; (2) arbitrariness of free parameters — thousands of topological forms without anchor; (3) absence of a self-referential closed loop — inability to embed the 68-step heartbeat; (4) projection redundancy noise — failure to match the zero-redundancy coding of $2^{6}=64$. This paper demonstrates that Yuanxian Theory must reject Calabi–Yau manifolds and proposes the alternative — the self-referential compact torus $\mathcal{M}_{60}=\mathrm{Proj}_{60}(\mathcal{T}^{64}/\mathbb{Z}_{4})$. This space is completely determined by the 64-35-137 number-theoretic anchors, carries zero free parameters, embeds the 68-step self-inspection cycle, and naturally accommodates the minimal complete coding set $2^{6}$. It is not a geometry “chosen” from outside; it is the inevitable reflection of the $\mathcal{T}^{64}$ self-referential closed loop upon the projection kernel — **the skeleton grown by the cosmos itself**. The paper establishes that the choice of compactification geometry is not a matter of technical preference but the necessary extension of an ontological stance.
