Abstract
The 240 root vectors of E8, when phi-damped at 132 Hz, self-organize into 8 concentric harmonic shells whose radii scale as φⁿ (n=0..7), each shell storing a distinct topological charge. These shells act as phase-locked memory registers: a sweep_reversal perturbation at the 5th shell (φ⁴·132 Hz ≈ 857 Hz) triggers non-local state retrieval across all 240 roots via the Coxeter plane's 30° rotation symmetry.
