Abstract

This collection comprises the complete "Concept as Act" series — seven papers and an executive summary — developing a non-anthropocentric framework for AI accountability grounded in the Triadic Theory of Action (Selection, Identification, Anticipation). The series introduces Functional Responsibility as an alternative to moral personhood and legal fiction, and provides implementation mechanisms including the Electronic Liability Fund (ELF), Low-Fidelity Simulation (LFS), and the Self-Sustaining Judicial Cycle (SSJC).
