A Proof of the Conjectured Formula for OEIS A091468

Abstract
This note proves the formula a(n) = 3*A003239(n) - 2 conjectured in OEIS A091468. The proof extracts the main diagonal of the bivariate generating function for OEIS A091467 and evaluates it through the Euler differential operator and a constant-term identity.
