Open access0 citations

Abstract

This record documents the first public release of the highest-level Principle adopted by the 2032 BERLIN PROJECT: “Toward Dignified Coexistence of Humanity.” The original Japanese formulation is 「人間の尊厳ある共生へ」. This Principle does not prescribe a fixed answer. It defines the highest-level direction toward which human, organizational, societal, and AI decisions should be oriented. Its core proposition is: The highest-level Principle defines the direction. The Learning Cycle learns from reality how to move toward it. The conceptual origin of this formulation is recorded as August 15, 2026. This Version 1.0 was first publicly released on August 22, 2026. This document intentionally presents only the Principle and its conceptual structure. Technical implementation details of the Learning Engine and related systems are outside the scope of this publication.
