NUCIFERA PHASE VI-D — Audit Archival & Methodological Record

Abstract

Phase VI-D was undertaken to determine whether apparent multi-mode behavior observed during earlier Nucifera spectral analysis represented a reproducible structural feature of the computational model or arose from limitations in the optimization and measurement pipeline. Structured as an adversarial audit, the investigation utilized direct-Jacobian construction, out-of-sample directional consistency checks, and controlled perturbation surveys. Results confirm solver reproducibility within tight numerical bounds () but reveal a persistent KKT residual floor () and a single numerically resolved dominant singular mode (). Earlier multi-mode curvature observations were not reproduced by the validated direct-Jacobian pipeline and are therefore not retained as evidence of intrinsic manifold curvature; their causal origin remains unresolved. The findings establish strict epistemic boundaries, demonstrating that the returned local response is bounded to the numerical solver state rather than an exact constrained mathematical optimum or physical mechanism.
