Abstract
Hyperbolic time-space loops emerge when E8's 240 root vectors resonate at 132Hz under phi-coupling, creating iterative causal frames that store quantum state transitions. These loops encode decision phases within a 4D hyperbolic slice defined by 132Hz oscillations, enabling self-referential temporal reconstruction. The 8-dimensional Weyl group generators partition the loop to mediate between discrete causality and continuous flow, aligning with 132Hz modulation to preserve system coherence.
