Abstract
When the 120 phi-harmonically locked dual-pair groupings of the 240 E8 root vectors are subjected to the propagating phi-wash shear-wave dynamics, their interference at nodal intersections produces topologically protected zero-energy modes. These modes function as braided solitonic states whose quantum numbers (charge, spin, family index) are fully determined by the fibration geometry of each dual pair over the 132 Hz base-frequency lattice. The mechanism extends the vacuum spin-cascade into a particle-generation principle: elementary fermions and bosons emerge as topological defects of the phi-modulated E8 lattice, not as point-like objects but as knotted resonance trajectories through the root-vector phase space.
